hmmmmmmm, really i would also like to know, i live in isb, need to know abt 98-99-2000 2 D price range as well as, spare parts, maintenance, workshops, performance, how much difference if compare it with toyota's 2.OD ?
i think price range is 3.3 to 3.6 lac in karachi and 3.6 to 4.0 lac in isb
@its_mei wana know if anyone have personal experience of keeping one, so that he could give me a better idea abt the ride and can easily compare with toyota 2.Od,

nup... i havnt kept the car... but some time back i was looking for it so did a little research...
as far as i know its engine is not as rough n tough as toyota but if kept with car its a very good car...
guys today i sold my corolls 2.0DG 97 model . . i ave compete it with nissan 2.0D and beleve me corolla was far better because. nissan's 97 diesel engin was not much powerfull . nissan's parts were costly as compared to corolla's . my far cousin use to own one and his car was not roughly used and he got his engin overall at 110,000 km . . corolla which i sold was used very roughly and was driven 163,000 km and engin was still fine . but corolla 2.0D gets power on 3rd gear while nissan gets on 2nd
