Nissan Sunny 2005 ignition timing

i have 2005 sunny. i am worry about my car fuel consumption. i scan my car and found ignition timing of -8 degree i.e too retard at 87deegree temp and at idle.
what will be the culprit of this retard timing as on a/c cars feels lethargic

i have launch crp123 check ignition timing is -8 at idle all other values are ok accordding to qg13de service manual..car runs fine without ac except on low rpm car donot gain pick in2nd gear.secondly on turning a/c iginition timing goes to -6 but its hard to drive
