dear all ,
i have Nissan Sunny 2008 ES.
From last week im getting problems in Gear box ( autometic ) . From the parking if i shift to D gear its not taking , but if i am taking from P to direct gear 1 or 2 and then back to Gear D its working
its working .oil changed .

Please Help me to identify the problem and fix .

Maybe a loose clip :/. Open the top of this assembly and see the clips which are connecting the lever to the cord. See if its loose or something. Better be done by a mechanic.

I am not sure but worth a try.

yeah around 5-6 Nissan workshops avaipable every 15 min drive
but they will charge me more

new means New gear box i think ( second hand )

Now after fixing gear box 
i am getting problem in R ( reverse ) look in the picture
Gear Stick is not in front of R for reverse gear  ...

adjust the shift cable, its adjustable at the gearbox and at the lever too.

The reason I told you to visit the Nissan shop was that they have the consult system, its very comprehensive and can detect faults really quickly.
