Nissan Sunny 98 or marglla 94 which one is good

yesterday i visited sunday bazzar with one of my friend
we re looking for a car sedan car rage between 320k to 350k
we found margalla 94-96 are availble in this range
secondally Sunny 97, with auto transmission is available in 335k, marron color, AC, Cng

please help me to decide

if u want comfort then u should go for sunny. But it need regular maintenance. but also its fuel efficient and a very good sedan in this range. we here in punjab are not able to get a sunny 97-99 in this reasonable price.

sunny all the way....have 5 different models of sunny in past.....its a very gud car....ankahain band ker kai lai lo..lolz ......is price mai isl/rwp mai tu 1992 sunny mushkil sai milti hai.....my advice go get it...

Go for sunny brother. here in pakistan its just BHEIR CHAL. I sold my sunny 99 diesel the 5th of this december for 400000 with the intention to get a petrol cng city or margalla. Tried a few but they didnt impress me so finally again I ve bought a SUNNY diesel but this time its 2002. So go for sunny .... Economy but not at the cost of comfort.

Nissan Sunny is one true reliable machine, but going for a car more than 10 year old is always a gamble. It mainly depends on how the previous owner have kept & maintained is ride. inspect thoroughly & then make any decision, dont know about auto tranny but all the manual nissan sunny among our relatives were truly reliable and nearly maintenance free... choice is yours, by the way Margalla isnt a bad option either but comparing both, Sunny is better!

yar main nay spectra say pehlay sunny he rakhi hui thi. that was a great ride. jab gari ko ap use kartay ho to us main kam to nikaltay he rehtay hain. 2 say 3 hazar ka kharcha per month koi bari baat to nai hai.
as compared to margalla , it's expenses are almost the same. you will enjoy it..
parts are available everywhere

it is good for highway rides
i m working in karachi and home town in Rahimyarkhan(650 KM fro KHI). i used to travel every 3 months
here in karachi it may be use only on weekend
as office provide pick and drop, school van shoping bus etc

Don't even think of sunny.
Though Sunny is a very good car. but the price in which you are getting it, and Auto tranny are hinting about its condition.
if i'm given an option to buy a new car of this class, i'd prefer sunny to rolla or civic.
Magar baat yeh hay k pak main sunny ki maintenance relatively costly hay. is liay purani sunny acchi condition main milna buhut mushkil hay.
Plus most of mechanics dont feel comfortable with any other car than rolla or civic.

around 3-4 Rs / Km [city]... still have 88 nissan 1000cc giving 2-2.5Rs /KM on daily running 0f 100km+....
About the question of maintenance a 10-12 year old yar.. whether its A MArgalla or Sunny .....their is not much difference in maintaining cost of both car.....as my father/mine experienced..[if Accident of car is not the case]..

As far as AUTo transmission is Concerned in Sunny i didnt have AUto sunny in past.......BUt have Auto 1991 Mitsubishi Lancer still its Automatic transmission is good ......

I want to share , today went to see a car 1992 Lancer super saloon ,mint geniuin condition demanding 3.50 laks gave an offer of 3 but didnt get that

Brother I ve no idea of petrol cng sunny as I ve never kept nd never even driven a cng one. This time I wanted to buy a cng one but the prices are so high these days. Luckily I found this sunny 2002 nd in my ifrst meeting i finalized the deal. It is good bargain as I got it for the same amount as I sold my sunny 99.
well i can tell u one difference between the two models, models till 99 are with a heavy guage body where as after 2000 the body isnt much better than corollas. But drive nd engine sound far better as with light weight body the engine runs like a petrol one.

If u r from Islamabad go for the sunny 99 at ADIL MOTORS. U can see the add at pakwheels in golden colour. I bet its a real good one.
