Nissan sunny B11 with 1000cc swap project

I'm currently Swapping a Nissan b11 of Mr Mobeen from rawalpindi.
The swap has been started from Monday 21-3-16 and will be inshallah finished on Wednesday 23-3-16.

We have installed Installed QG18de wire driven engine. The swap is bolt on.
And I'll start from the coming out of the older engine, which was blowing oil out, and was having smoke issues too with fuel economy of 6-7km/L.

So with this QG18de the average would be around 12-13km/L
On local.

B11's brake and suspension ain't enough to hold qg18. i have seen b12 with qg18 wheelspining at 100km/h it was oversteer.

Hahahaha ahmed bro i respect your advice but I've a 150Hp setup in my b11. It stops it well and suspension is capable to handle even 500hp setup. Obviously stock shocks won't handle it. I've crossed 180kph on my b11 thrice, with full control and stable handling.

And one more thing if you're cornering on lower gears with high revs then obviously any power full machine will cause a over steer. Get good tires. I've good profile of 195 55 15
And my car never over steers.

This QG18 monster is an over kill...

QG15 is powerful enough with good economy and superb handling, even with 185 70 13 tyres.

What kind of 150hp setup you have in your b11? QG18DD? or QR20? and 500hp setup on b11 suspension heck even b14 can't bear raw shear torque of qg18 and you say 500hp? Its good to be safe, else anything can be done. I've seen a sr20dett in KE70 but the car was really dangerous.

Firstly I'll define 500Hp setup. That's my upcoming project in my own car. And it's very common race chassis in Malaysia, and low revenue generating countries. Even in Japan. You all can see videos on YouTube by writing neo vvl b11.

One more thing to clear you guys i won't be running that setup on stock brakes, or stock suspension. I'll install tiens coil overs and etc.

Secondly my setup would be
1) sr20vne 20valve vvl engine with a slightly bigger turbo to touch 500hp. With itb's, 500cc injectors, emanage ultimate ecm, custom headers, stage 3 Clutch plate, fly wheel, and pressure plate along with light weight crank pulley from dc sports, and wide band afr gauges and other gauges.

I'm just waiting for my job. I've made the feasibility and everything.

It depends on the driver. Like if i drive QG18de I'll maximize it's power.
And but if any elder person is smoothly driving you won't even feel it's QG18de. Plus it gives an economy of 12-13 in local.

And my B11's current setup comprises of
QG18DE with a bigger throttle body, walbro fuel pump, downpiping of 2.5 inches.free flow.
Along with a QG18de bigger gear. Which you don't easily find it anywhere it's very rare.

Plus you guys keep on Giving me ideas for my upcoming project of Sr20vnet. I'll appreciate your ideas.

Swing arms and ball joints are the same, they easily support this setup only you've to upgrade shocks. And I've touched around 190kph many times on kashmir highway.

Yes ahmed bro these games are pretty dangerous. Drivers needs to be pretty confident and pure king of handling. Else you're right it's better to be safe. As whenever you're gambling with engine to weight ratio it's dangerous.

That's the gear I'm talking about. Mushtaq bhai told me this gear is with one or two people who have taken this engine from me else we install normal ga gear to all QG18de engines.

What is your tranny code? I've used qg18 with RS5F70A. JDM QG18 manual comes with this tranny else there are malaysian and singaporeon qg's in market too but those ain't that good. automatic comes with 4 speed auto RE4F03B.

Where did you dyno your car? stock qg18 is 125-28hp but that is with 100% compression and ideal conditions and gaining a good 30hp aint that easy bro. Bigger tb or fuel pump cannot do this much.
