Where i can fill nitrogen in my car tyres civic reborn and how much it usually costs in Rawalpindi or Islamabad area?

if anyone has done it please let me know the cost and from where i can do this

Islamabad Attock pump G-11 and E-11 tyre mart.
Would cost about 2 to 3k to fillup all tires once
Then i pay 100 for a refill usually
