@dm192913, if you have a Cultus EFI with the 1000cc G10B engine, it takes 3.3 liters of oil. This is the total oil quantity, including whatever is in the filter. Confirm how much oil your engine takes by consulting the owner's manual.
The dip stick only indicates the top ~1 liter of oil. The way you should check your dip stick is to pull it out, wipe it clean, put it back in, and then pull it out to check the level. Do this when the engine hasn't been running for a while.
If your dipstick is dry, you could have anywhere from a few drops to two liters of oil in the pan. You won't know unless you remove the bolt on the oil pan and drain the oil and measure the quantity. You don't have an oil pressure warning, so you probably have some oil in the car. It's not particularly serious.
Anyway, fill your oil up to the full mark on the dipstick, confirm that it's there, start the car, check for leaks underneath, drive, and then check your oil level again. Most oil leaks will be very clearly visible, as well as where they're coming from.
No need to panic, this is very simple, basic car maintenance stuff that you can easily do by yourself at home.
