Noc letter of standard chartered bank

Hello Everyone..

I have lost the NOC Letter of my Vehicle. Karachi Registered.
which was leased from Standard Chartered Bank.

The Loan was taken by previous Owner & he as removed the Lean Marked on Car from Excise for transferring onto his own name.
& Now the Car is transfered on My Name.

I have to sell it now but unfortunately have misplaced the NOC of SCB from File.

Confirmed from Excise that it is not even required for further transferring but I am facing problems in selling my car.

I would be really appreciated if anyone who has NOC Letter of SCB or if in case any other bank,
can scan it & send me a copy of it in Email.

I will be more then grateful for doing So.

You no longer need the NOC. The car has already been transferred to your name, its got nothing to do with SCB now, neither will they ever issue you another NOC because of the same reason.

Just sell it to someone educated.

Its like asking for the first owner's consent while selling and transferring the car fourth time.

^ Fahad is correct, You need any previus receipts or documents, (yes the return/Orignal file of the car) is required other then that your the official owner and you can sell it with your will, No previus sale receipts are required (that is if you have the proof of you being the owner), Which you say is confirmed by the Excise dept
