Either your belts needs adjustment or tensioner pully might be bad
no big issue, take it to any mechanic, they will examine the belt/tensioner/pulley and adjust it accordingly!
Two differnt person told me to oil that part of beltAnd one told me to wash it water the noise will reduce which one will workAnd Should i go for that for temporary solution?
actually these are temporary solutions, but as soon as the oil and water will dry, the noise will start appearing again. if you can't find a mechanic, you can use this tip to temporarily decrease the noise.

bro. why wouldn't you take it to mechanic to properly fix the issue?
BTW, i wouldn't recommend it, but oil would stay on the surface a bit longer than water !
The belt should never get in contact with oil or any lubricant for that matter, it will start slipping and you'll end up with much more problems
never put anything on the belt
I had same issue got the pully bearing changed. But before that first take belt off by loosiening that nut on pollyand drive if sound persists then its something else ....
MashaAllah you have a decent car . Spare some time and read owner manual to get basic information about car and its parts . This will save you alot from troubles in future
