Noisy axio---what the helll?

guys i am planning to upgrade vitz ....had certain options..like city, aqua and axio....

i checked one axio which i think was a bit of thaki thaki...although engine was shooting up in speed but the cabin was too noisy...

and the ride was not smoooth...

axio owners...is this real with all axio or this was thaki gari...

you must have tested an abused car.

a Corolla Axio 2013 onwards are as insulated & noise less in cabin as 2015-16 Honda Civic

Don't think of an axio as glorified car. Yes it is better etc etc . Consider a similar model pakistani gli at or altis.

thank s, i drove axio 2007 model and i think it was abused car....very bad experience...although like this car very much ....dont know if all axio 2007 are similar with noisy cabin or only this once...

a JDM imported and a JDM driven and kept in Pakistan is a whole lot different story. Maintainence and and chalti ka naam gari type maintainence is a very big issue in car maintainence in Pakistani driven cars.

My suggestion for you would be look for a 1600cc Corolla Toyota certified most probably 2011-2013 models.

Axio 2007 has a noisy engine. If you drive it normally it is slightly louder than other Corollas but at high RPM it is very very noisy. If you drive pakistani corolla 1.3, 1.8 or 1.6 (2008 onwards) after axio you will notice that the Pakistani car is much quieter.
Cars which are roughly driven may have other interior rattles also but the main thing is engine noise which is almost the same in all Axios.
I kept one 2007 axio for 2 years and tried every insulation to reduce engine noise but couldn't.
