Noisy front disk pads

2 months ago I installed Nissin disk pads in my honda city 2007 (costing 3K). Eversince winter has started whenever I take my car out for a drive , I hear screaming noise from disk pads whenever I press the pedal. Once the car has driven half a kilometer down the road the screaming voice disappears as if it was never there. This happens every time I leave car standing for a couple of hours

Could thus mean that disk pads were of low quality?

any one has any idea what could be the reason?

The calliper pins need silicone greasing

does that mean there is nothing wrong with disk pads?
speaking if silicon grease where can I get it from? any brand name?

Open the wheel and check for brake pads condition urself......... regarding silicone grease.......find Harris o ring grease in hardware shop......bit difficult to find but it's correct thing for this purpose

Nissin disk pads available nowadays tend to make noise plus your mechanic must have not properly burnished them before handing you the car which is creating noise. I would suggest open the brakes have the disc pads cleaned and than follow the burnishing process which might help you out until next time brake pad changing.

Guys thanks for your views but the point is car brake pads noise only when I drive it early in the morning or when car is remained stationed for couple of hours. Once it rolls for few hundred yards brake pads start behaving normally - no noise at all through out as long ss I m driving
