Aoa everybody. Respected members i am seeking an advice while purchasing a cultus car 2001 model pindi registered. The owner says that the original file and number pates are not issued and kept in ETO rawalpindi. So what i hv to do to verify either the file is realy kept in office or not? And is it possible to get file fr exice office rawalpindi and also original num plates. And what will be the procedure & cost of ownership transfer. Plz help me because its my first time purchasing a used car so that i may avoid any unpleasant situation. Thanks
