Non-transferable vehicle + lab superdari

I want to know about something
There is a car which is non transferable and file is lost.
Plus the car is lab superdari clear, the superdari document and genuine documents book is available except the file.
Should i buy the car. I need that information k kya ye car useable hogi ya ni leni chaheye. Im just confused over this non transferable thing

WHY ? Please read carefully and try to understand. If it makes sense, walk away.

1. superdari means the vehicle is a case property in court of law. The court has released vehicle to user under a bond.

2. vehicle user does not have any legal paper but a court order ' to use & bring vehicle to court when summoned ', such letters are issued under a certain cash 5000 -10,000 deposit.

3. user does not have any ownership paper and does not have any legal authority to sell the vehicle.

4. you can verify from excise office for vehicle status.

just incase you are loaded with monies through extortion beat distribution from some sarkari nokri (am sorry if you are not that and feel annoyed) take the chance.

You wont be able to sell it easily as well, its a cash dump, no recovery of money and constant fear of being stopped at a Naka.
