Normal operating temperature for Mehran Euro

So I have recently bought a 2018 Mehran Euro VXR. I noticed that the temp needle does not go past 25-30% and as soon as I turn on the ac, it goes down to C. I find this behaviour very odd since these cars normally behave the other way.

I have checked and found that the radiator fan is also Auto and only turns on when AC is turned on so it means the thermostat is working as well.

I think this is because Mehran only has 1 fan for both radiator and ac condensor and as soon as AC is turned on, it force cools the radiator as well keeping the needle lower than 50% which is the case with normal cars.

Please confirm if my understanding is correct.

Mehran's heat needle stays in the middle either with or without ac.

The situation you've mentioned clearly tells that its Thermostate valve is not there. AC fan kicks in with AC which is normal. But it doesn’t confirm that T-valve is there too.

Please visit workshop and ask them to check if thermostate valve is
there or not. I am 99% sure it will not be there.

Please install thermostate valve and you will see the heat needle will stay in middle which is needed.

Normally when mechanics remove the T-valve, they "direct" the radiator fan as well. In my case, the fan does not come on unless AC turns on.
It could be a faulty t-valve though. I'll get it checked. Thanks for the help.
