Nose and eyes burning gas from Honda City 2005 exhaust after engine swap

Dear all, i had swapped my Honda City 2005 1.2L engine from 1.5L and didn't replaced the ECU. My car was running good at start, and it was throwing water from exhaust but know it emits such gas which burns nose and eyes and while sitting in the car, I feel a sort of dum dum ... I have shown this to alot of mechanics they only does tunning nothing else. Please help me out.

exhaust from EGR coming inside from dash probably
block the egr outlet

Buddy, the EGR is not installed in the engine. i have genuine EGR of this engine but because there were no wiring from previous engine, I have pulled it out and reserved it.

is it fuel or exhaust
pin point. then it would be easier to work on

Shown to different mechanics, few were saying 'kacha dhuan aa rha hy, kacha petrol jal raha hy'... The plugs seems to be good as they are red.

go to some exhaust/silencer specialist and ask him to thoroughly see for any exhaust leakage
