he doesnt follow service standard - not even one bit.
ask him what he set the volume of the pump to? and what rpm did he limit the governor to, or if he adjusted the idle spring capsule to compensate for idle speed load fluctuations. What was the internal pressure set to or how much the pump advances? I bet he didnt tell you anything either.
Ive seen these shops work - its really really shoddy.
