NSDN-W60 Screen Cracked! [What to do now?] [FIXED]

Hi,

Have Vitz 2011 with NSDN-W60 installed.

So while driving with my family, somehow my 5-years old son pressed the screen too hard (kinda blame myself, his hand was near screen and I pressed the brake too hard on a speed breaker so probably because of that).

Anyway, screen is cracked and I think the whole touch system is gone now.

So what are my options now?

Can I find an original one in market (and where from?) or should I go for something like a Pioneer DVD system or something. (which Pioneer system fits in 2011?).

Yours suggestions will be truly appreciated. Thanks.

P.S: Image attached doesn't show the main area of crack though. Will post the pic later on.

Get a nice aftermarket system which will be compatible with the already installed speakers

Half of this device features are in Japanese I guess (mine w62 is Japanese) so rather repairing go for a decent after market device. I think vitz don't have steering control, so won't be difficult to find proper device.

UPDATE: I was pretty disappointed thinking I'll have to throw the genuine system away.

But visited a local car audio specialist shop today (just by chance), asked for the opinion and BAM....after 4 hours, they replaced the cracked screen with new touch panel and dang, it's the same original thing now LOL.

Paid Rs. 1500/- for the job.

That's great, how much Japanese language in your system?

Oops. Thought you were from khi. Sorry. But I am glad to hear that original built-in JDM multimedia can be repaired. I don't have a crack in the screen but it is blank. Hope it can be repaired too
