Hi lads- got a new car Sonata. Got it registered in Rawalpindi Excise around a month back; still waiting on my number plates. Number etc got it right there n thn but any idea if I can expedite this process? And what happens during this phase I can't use the car? Or can I? Would appreciate your advice on this matter
