evrey oder day there is an article in dawn about this matter.............understanding the gravity of the situation i thought i must write about this issue............
the problem is that people who buy new cars dont get proper registration of there cars they use the no.s of their other cars.......i know it takes time to get a new no........but does it take a year ?????????
i personally know some one who has not got his reg. no. of his car since june 2006.......and is using another no.(of his oder car)........
.well that seems that our police is more concerned abt BLUE LIGHTS , TINTED GLASS.............
problem we are facing is that people are getting new cars each day and they are driving them without registration.........well, this is a real serious matter.........as some one may hit a person on aroad and that driver runs along with his car, whos gonna find him when we dont know his cars no....
another iomportantr thing is that when they are stolen these people rather than realizing their mistake start blaming our POLICE DEPT..........well, this does not seem to be fair..............
people use no`s such as.......
- APL 4
- APL 2005
- APL 2006
- APL 2007
- AFR 2007
and some are even using there names as a number plates.......
man if u r so keen to see ur names on no. plates y not go to excise dept. and have them .....i mean buy them from govt........rather than having illeagal no. plates/..........
