Nzt260 1nz in an ae90 corolla

Assalamualaikum everyone, I am from Bangladesh. I own an ae90 with a 5afe. I face issues such as strong vibrations at low rpms also with AC the vibration is even stronger in low rpm.

I have finally decided to install a 1nz. Due to few other things breaking every now and then.

I had some questions to you amazing people,

1. if the 1nz comes with an electronic throttle body how can I connect it to my accelerator.
2. Can we install an OBD2 port to check codes in the future?
3. Can I use the power steering pump from the XCorolla for softer steering feedback?
4. During the swap what else do I need to buy separately such as Fuse box, and anything else?

(If you have any suggestions about the swap that could help me please share. I would love that.)

Welcome aboard.
You can get a cable driven throttle.
Let me list up the things you require.
1- R1nz engine without manifolds.
2- V1nz intake and exhaust manifold ( cable driven ).
3- V1nz ecu and wiring.
4- V1nz ac compressor ( clutch based according to ecu ).
5- V1nz power steering pump which is mostly same in all Nz series engines.
If you want manual then you can get c150N transmission.
You need to close Egr ports as R1nz came with Egr.
It will have obd2 port working on k line protocol.
You can matt Oem wiring with an engine harness easily If your car is already Efi.

dont have an actual photo of my engine bay nearby. I got one from the internet

1. Will the AC work just like expected (sorry the AC is really necessary as it gets really hot, also a flex on an ae90 )

2. Also where can I find wiring diagrams to that things go where they are supposed to.

I wanted to go for a manual but family cant drive a manual unfortunately.

We know what a 5afe looks like

1nz with electric throttle requires the twin sensor pedal too and its wiring, from a corolla or vitz,

You can convert to cable throttle too if you get the correct ecu.

Works perfect.
I have diagrams, but it depends upon the generation of ecu you found.
If you can find this ecu, I can share complete pinouts of it.

Its an ecu for the manual trans right? The automatic's wiring would be different right?

sorry, I thought it would help. I am not trying to go for an electric accelerator Im not sure but it might make it more complicated and the budget is tight so Ill stick to the analog one.
Just like brother hassan said. Also electric ones tend to fail. My friend kept losing his accelerator function on his trip got the battery disconnected and reconnected and it fixed it.

This is for manual 2wd, auto will have same similar part number and same wiring except of auto transmission.
