Basits work is also very very good.
He is Karachi's answer to babar ustaad. I cant say who would win if we had a friendly 'denters war' to see whoe work is cleaner.
Basit does very neat work and always goes for seam welding everywhere, even on body side panels where ordinary denters go for spot welding as they say seam welding warps panels. Patchwork requires very little filler.....just a skim to smooth over for finally painting over.
His signature on finished body off cars may be seen in the shape of clear coating he applies to the surface to protect from rust. Sorry I dont have a picture showing such a finished car. Its interesting to see a bug in bare metal with a clearcoat finish.
Lets see. I might call Babar ustaad again and see what his mood is. I would still prefer him coming down here. However I doubt he would look forward to the Karachi June heat which is an absolute killer.
