"O/D Off" light Blinking in Prado 1KZ TE, 1997

My vehicle has "O/D Off" light is blinking all the time. I recently changed the Automatic transmission oil and clean the filter.
It has also a leaking oil problem near Turbo in engine bay. No mechanic is able to diagnose the problems. Can some experts put some lights on these two issues, Please

Noted: Vehicle is slow acceleration/pick on "D"and while gives very good pick on "L".
It has no obd2 scan plug with this model.

kinldy check the O/D button, wiring damaged or lose connection physically.

It might be damaged & due to this it is getting ON or OFF automatically & u can see a Light In Odo meter.

Usually the light starts blinking when the vehicle comes into operating temperature. does it still mean it has damaged wiring/ harness problem?

one must check first physically .. it might help to get fixed and lets suppose its still same then second step will be the problem of solenoid or possibly the speed or range sensors.

solenoid shall be checked first as it helps to tell the system for changing the gear positions like one senor is for 1-2 etc.

I live in balochistan , no qualified mechanic here or electrician to diagnose the problem.

Though I connect TE1 and E1 to decode the issue. The O/D off light blinking with code of 26/62. while at the same moment engine check light is blinking very fastly, so unable to count engine check light blinking.

O/D light, when blinks acts like the transmission CEL in ECU controlled A/T vehicles. Just like that key sign in cluster acts as Check Engine Light for motor relevant trouble codes.

O/D light is throwing you a transmission trouble code by blinking, like you diagnosed 26/62. 62 here is 1st shift solenoid, i think the solenoid is losing pressure. I might be wrong, but like you mentioned leakage. It's better you get it thoroughly checked.

EDIT: 26 is for AFR rich malfunction, if you feel your fuel consumption is on a higher side, get your vehicle fully diagnosed whenever you can reach a competent workshop. DLC1 port and CEL doesn't always tell the details, it just gives you a closer hint.

I mean transmission light is blinking like 62. But the leakage is near intercooler. and I am losing engine oil a little bit and smoke is coming through engine cap also. Do you think it is transmission leakage ?
I recently changed the transmission oil with 5 qtr of Aisin Transmission Oil which is available locally here after Abro.
Anyhow where does solenoid is located and how can it be repair ?
