OBD2 connection protocol for Passo 2007

Hi
I have tried few obd elm327 devices to connect Passo 2007 model ECU but in vain. Has anyone tried to use OBD2 adapter with Passo 2007 model? I tried torque pro app and free car scanner app, no one able to connect car ECU.
Please advise

Use MotorDataOBD. I've used it for my passo 2007. Use its free plugin and you can purchase the Toyota Addon if it works.

I purchased it from daraz and tried it but it is not working with Passo 2007 model even i have the purchased version torqure pro android app

That doesn't seems like 1.4 (1.5) version. 2.1v version only works on Can bus.
You need one 1.4(1.5) version that has PIC controller in it. Then use custom extensions which are available in Car scanner OBD2 and Torque pro applications.

Hassan bhai - please share some way of recognizing the 1.4 (1.5) version which is required to connect passo 2007 model ECU, any photo? and how to find PIC controller?

You can use the elm327 terminal application and send "AT" in the commands. Usually they reply back with the device version. If it doesn't, then send "AT@1". Or you can open it up and look for the pic18f25k80 controller IC. Don't worry, it will be very prominent.

Any application can support it.
You just need initialisation commands known as strings.
You can use "Car Scanner" application, it got the most strings. Your car as well.
The same steps can be programmed in any display.

Dear Hassan , I ordered another device from Ali express and it's Alhumdulillah working with car scanner, I think locally available elm devices are not fully functional

Great. Now you got the one with PIC controller.
This device can communicate with almost every car. Given that the initialisation commands are correct.
