Can this device work on my Vitz 2009 model 1.0L 1KR-FE Engine?
Elm327 does work on 99 Civic. Most 3 pin to 16 pin adapters are wrongly wired so it's better to make a DIY cable. I'm using elm327 bluetooth with my 2000 civic to get live data and error codes.
How to make this DIY cable?
