This is also under Valley Trackers, the AJK tourism motel is on the back side, almost on the edge of Neelam River !!

Thanks Tauqeer... Yes I have some pictures of that scary crossing but the team behind me had much more pictures of the crossing. I am waiting for those pictures and then I will post them here...

It was your thread that forced me to go on this trip... Someone in the comments suggested this Event which I followed... BTW did you also encounter that land sliding area or was it safe then?

Thanks yaar... and during the jeep track I was thinking about your trip last year where you had to cover all this under direct sun. It took us just 1 hour to cover 8-9KM which you must have done in 4-5 tough hours...

Is saal pichle 3-4 saalon ki kasar nikal dee hai... aur mera khayal hai keh abhee aik trk bakee hai Is saal ka.....

Yes me and Asif met there... Discussed about our homes in Islamabad, about my D3200 and 18-105mm lens and his D90 and same lens etc. etc. but we couldn't identify each other and no one asked about other's name although both have posted pictures here on Pakwheels ... It was later that one of my companion Mr. Mudassar told me that he met Mr. Asif Saeed but it was too late. Then I recognized that why Asif was praising my 18-105mm lens (As I had purchased it on his recommendation).
Maybe we will meet on some other trek....

Our jeeps were ready but not the administration... They were trying to hire porters make lunch etc. and 4.5 hours were wasted....

To utilize this time we went a little bit ahead of Dowarian towards this hanging bridge and took quite a lot of pictures there....

Though , What a PITY ,that your group didn't spend the whole night at the lake and u missed sun set & the early morning stunning Sunrise views of Ratti gali lake where were to be the highlight of trip.......

The sun was coming out from behind the mountains.... and the rays were looking quite beautiful.
