First, we have a phone verification system. All users who either offer a ride or book a seat need to verify their numbers and since all numbers are bio-metrically verified, every account gets connected tot he respective CNIC;
Second, we have an email verification system to ensure that the email address provided by the user is genuine;
Third, there is a feedback system, so you can give feedback to an user after travelling with him/her;
Fourth, we have profile badges for people who register using the email of their company or university.
