sir badmashi is also done by BYCO and Total Parco. They also hoarded the fuel but declined to customer. both these companies shall be penalized too

Well done OGRA, although the penalty amount is not substantial given the size of Shell's financials.
Shell may be a reputed multinational globally but what a pity that when in Pakistan, they act just like a local company. This is because the management of Shell Pakistan is all Pakistani with our pure (Pak) blood running in their veins that tell them never to lose any opportunity to improve your margins at all costs and forget what's moral, ethical or even legal.

OGRA Spokesman Imran Ghaznavi said that fine of Rs5 million each has been imposed on
Attock Petroleum Limited, Puma, Gas & Oil Pakistan Limited, Hascol,

and Rs10 million each on Shell Pakistan and Total Parco Pakistan Limited.

@sardarg you are right all these OMCs have been penalized and such notices are issued
