Oil Chamber leaking :(

My Vitz 04 is dripping oil after the last oil change...It drips a few drops after its parked then after engine is cool, it stops.
I lifted it with the jack and tightened the nut which is opened to drain the oil thinking the mechanic might not have tightened it properly (once it happend and i got tht leather washer from a cobler around nut as rubber one was leaking on every oil change).

Problem appeared to be the oil chamber seal! I applied lot of silicone sealent at the outer leaking corners which specifies its meant for high heat areas like gasketing etc. Still the same.
500ml of oil was left when i got it changed so if it reduces from FULL level, i will add and and when im done 3-4000 kms or if earlier the oil i have finished, i will get the bottom tank or oil chamber removed to change its seal.
Now will i find its seal or i will have to get it made? And can i re-use my new hardly 500km done oil so tht i get this work done quickly?

If it is a seal problem then go to machenic ask him for that he will open chamber and place new silicon if it from nut after oil change put an (washil)with nut inshahallah your problem will solve.

to be honest if you are saying that there was just 500ml of oil left thats some serious oil being drained out. And i know that oil has gotten expensive but seriously show it to a good place get the work done which i dont think wont be too expensive and put in new oil. you just might riun your engine in order to save a couple of hundred rupees. Just my 2 cents.

u never put the silicon selant without removing the actual thingy, first u need to remove it clean the old packing apply the new sealnt pack it, then also check for the leakage cud be a "not proper fitted chamber nut"

@AusI: Sir i mean i was left with around 500ml of oil in da jar not da car, which i will keep adding if it lowers than the FULL mark.It drips 6-8 drops after a long run when engine is hot.
Wht i wantd to know is can i get the same oil chamber seal or do i have to open the chamber, remove all remains n use silicon sealant (meant for gasketing etc)?

@Chinyoti: Sir i got ur point...I had tightened the nuts more and applied silicon sealent "over/outside" the oil chamber where the seal is, at da place it was leaking...
Now i'l get the chamber opened, clean remains of old seal, i got tht...Wht im worried abt is

1.can i get the same size, shape seal or i use silicon sealant instead of the seal?
2.Wont the seal melt n get into oil and ruin my engine?
3.U sed pack the sealant, with the smaller tube in the packing? I would be really thankful if u tell me the process and things to be careful abt while getting it done.

My cars oil stick broke and dived into the chamber, my cars chamber was opened, replaced oil as dust particles could have had gone when the oil came out, (my cars oil change was also due so that wasnt a kharcha)

The chambers re-packing was done with the silicon.

And y would it get mixed with oil, its only on the outer packing body, just like in the windsheild of a car
