@NightHawk
I ordered a special engine flushing oil online long time ago, forgot the real name of product but it was someting like 5 or 10 minutes engine flush.
The procedure was like this:
1) Put new regular oil and (new filter)
2) Pour a bottle of flushing oil (don't go over the full mark on dipstick)
3) Run the engine for at least 10 minutes (idle only)
4) Drain the dirty oil
5) Pour new full Synthetic oil and change new oil filter (again) (because the previous one must be cloged by now)
6) Done
In this process you need New regular oil (check how many litres you need according to your oil's crank case space) + 2 new filter (one for regular +one for synthetic) + Synthetic oil + the flushing oil.
Note: One more quick oil change required around 1500-2000 Km to get rid of any remaining sludge. remember with (synthetic). You are not using mineral oil any more. So, be careful and don't swith back to mineral you might damage your engine!!!!!
Warning : Think twice if you permanantely want to switch to Synthetic. There is no going back to mineral oil.
@Sarmadm Once you switch to Synthetic don't go back to mineral because your engine will not be able to cope the sudden oil change to mineral!!!!!

Zic A+ is okay for baleno, I prefer ZIC 5W40, upto you..
Some people use 1/2 litre of kerosene instead of special engine flushing oil, which is also 1/2 litre but uses some other ingredients.
@FM01
which oil should i use for the flushing purpose and suggest a good synthetic oil for baleno 2003
Thnx!
