0W20 is recommended. But yours has clocked 135K. To be on safe side. Put 5W30 in any brand.
Ex.
Total Quartz 5W30 = Affordable.
Liquimoly 5W30 = Expensive.
Choice is yours. Both are good. Or try any other brand in 5W30.
