No, it's not normal. It needs investigation.
If you are lucky, the sump gasket needs replacement which is not a big job.
I don't know whether cultus needs a gasket or just a lap of gasket maker to redo the oil pan. should be simple enough in both cases. If it needs gasket maker, make sure to leave the car for a day on the workshop before pouring new oil in.. in order to let the gasket maker dry properly.
The photo is not really clear so the leak maybe from somewhere else.
