Hello, I have a 2015 Honda city and since day one I've been using Honda's genuine engine oil which is most probably a total engine oil. The oil grade is 5W-30. Well now I'm looking for more options in engine oil for my city but the grade should be 5W-30. It would be really nice if you guys suggest me some good engine oil for my car.
What area do you live in, what is your driving style, and will the car be travelling long distances in one run, will it have alot of weight in it?
Honda oil is really good, but if you want an alternative I recommend Mobil 1.
I live in DHA Lahore and my driving style is pretty normal. I change gears at 3k rpm and never go above 80kmph. The does not travel on long routes
5w30 viscosity should be used. Mobil1, Zic and liquimoly are good options. w

Honda Oil used by service centres in India is decent quality but I strongly recommend Mobil 1 ( 0W40) or Shell Advance fully Synthetic oils for our driving conditions. With the summer coming and with extended AC usage, fully synthetic oils protect the engine. Do change the oil filter every time!
