Old fuel residue in engine rough sounding engine and slow accleration

i have a mehran.... i did not drive the car for five years... when i tried to start the car did not started... i called the mechanic and started the car,,, the car started but its accleration was some less than before and engine sound rough and louder.... there was 5 years old petrol inside car which created some residue inside the engine.... how can i clear this problem?

Fill with fresh fuel, get filters replaced and get new spark plugs, or clean the original ones. Car will run fine after a while. These are tractor engines, the work regardless of fuel quality.

top up fresh fuel, change fuel filter, change oil filter change engine oil. IMMEDIATELY, please @pwuser153796752163
