On left side of window glass both front seat and back seat...theses dots were like outgrowths from the surface of glass covering almost the entire surf

Have you verified they are pits? Because they look like hard water residue at first.

Anyway

If they really are pits, then whatever the hell did this is extremely potent as it can etch glass, tempered glass is very hard and not much affects it.

I would suggest to try rubbing it with cloth dipped in vinegar to see what happens.

As xulfiqar mentuoned6, first verify if these r tiny pits, u may use a toothpick(plastic or wooden) not anything metallic like a pin to get a feel of surface.
Once a toyota chr came to me and the owner was of mind that clear coat has been damaged by small pits on surface, turns out it was just fine glue mist, which was cleared by claybar.

Easily removable by autosrub or clay bar. Try it please. If you're doubtful then go to a good detailer.

Check your car spots by your fingernail. If they're deep then they are non removable. Which glass you got saint gobain or local agi?

Any liquid that can pit glass like this will also eat the paint clear coat.

Usually such are easily removable with a spritz of glint and scraping with a fresh razor blade (treet in desi ustraa)

I dont know about glass,comes with locally manufactured toyota.it may be locally manufactured

Thank u sir....autoclay bar has marvellous effect...using claybar has smoothen the glass to some extent..i believe using it for a couple of time will completely remove these outgrowth spots from doir glass..

It should remove in the first run. Try it again if it doesn't then this is an issue of a bad glass, or something might have pierced into glass.

If a glass have permanent physical damage then yes. I replaced rear door quarter glass once through insurance.
My car is 2016 with saint gobain glasses. Sadly in 2018 toyota went for Ahmed glass industry aka AGI, and glass quality depleted badly. Only windscreen and rear screen is of saint gobain now.
