On left side of window glass both front seat and back seat...theses dots were like outgrowths from the surface of glass covering almost the entire surf

Salam every one.i have a corolla gli model 2019...4,5 months after i puurchased it,small dots appeared on left side of window glass both front seat and back seat...

Now also appeared on front windshield...can any body tell me what these are and how to remove it..

before you do anything, please figure out the parking spot and check if there is any renovation work like painting, sand blasting or ac installation has been going on around the place.

and OR

someone has used BATTERY Tonic around the vehicle under envious feelings.

am asking this for the fact we suffered some pin dropping spots over rear screen in 2016 for a new un registered corolla parked under open sky. serious investigation revealed ac outer unit diagonally upward had a flash gas purge which caused screen to appear rain dirty. It was cleaned by 3S with some detailing compound.

Sir i usualy park car in garage which is safe from suspicious or evil activities..for first i took it as welding sparks (glass spaters) but wen it apperard on winshield i negated my first theory...these dots wen tried to clear they cause glass to look eroded

@salmaanawan pour some AGS / EXIDE battery tonic over plain floor and wait for 1 minute.

@driqbal101 these spots are result of some liquid sprinkle., someone is envious and trying to sabotage the vehicle. Is your parking spot reserved or a random parking space?

mine create flash fumes at floor I don't have access right now. few weeks back when replenishing battery a drop over my shoe discolored the spot to clear rough leather

I had also the same spots on one of my car's front door window. As that side of the car was repaired/showered, so I assume it to be the cause of some paint job etc, though these spots feel like damage from welding work, as these are rough and embeded in the glass. IMO, they can be cleared by buffing.

The liquid you mean to say is battery acid (very corrosive), whereas battery tonic usually contain salts such as magnesium sulphate etc, which aren't any dangerous.
If your battery tonic create fumes on the ground or discolores your shoes, please don't use it.

Do these come off if you use a razor?

Use either a clay bar or autoscrub on it with dedicated lube if its some paint or foreign body. You can also use shampoo or all purpose cleaner as a lube.
Overspray on any part of car can be cleaned by this easily.

IMO, they can be cleared by buffing.

That's overkill. If you can remove something with your finger nail or its an overspray then autoscrub or clay bar are your best buddies.

Its reserved..covered from all sides...but one thing i may mention is that my car had been at toyota work shop and from that time onwards i noted these spots....

No sir, it can't be removed by finger nails nor its an overspray. May be clay bar works, but as the spots are deep into the glass so haven't tried.

No sir, these are not hair like extrusions, but small pits.
