I have buy Canon T3i from USA and price was USD$800 in regards of this first he asks for USD$500 to me then after negotiations he put USD$80 for his pocket and USD$80 real taxable duty on product.
You have made all papers he did not tell you any duty how much you need to pay, I do not think so he can do anything very easily.
He started by saying its banned item. I told him it isnt. Then i completed n submitted the paperwork. Assessed duty 2000. They told me postman will bring and collect payment from home. So far nothing. Waiting for postman
