Guys , currently Pakistani eShoppers of AliExpress are facing these problems:
(a) Free shipping takes up to 60 days to reach Pakistan
(b) Free shipping uses Pakistan postal services in Pakistan that normally holds your orders for one reason or other
(c) eShoppers want to buy many products from AliExpress at one time but it is hard to find all products with one seller.
(d) If someone buys 15 different products from 15 different sellers then you will end up with receiving 15 shipments and delivery time of each item will be different.
(e) If you need fast delivery, the shipping fee charged by the sellers at Ali express (DHL or FedEx) is very expensive, in case you need fast delivery. When you add up the shipment charges for 15 shipments separately (for fast delivery) the overall cost of all 15 items becomes very high.

Some body can tell what is the problem with Malaysian post? these all order which is shipped by Malaysian post did not received yet. and GPO Lahore did not able to tell any thing.

Preadvised means that the seller has printed the sticky paper ( which we usually find on a parcel ) of corresponding postal service but has'nt shipped yet

No lost all the parcels shipped by posts other than China post got lost except one shipped by Malaysian post which was received in 30 days value declared was $5... China post is the most reliable and one should pay extra $2 for registered China post however the problem is that one store doesn't have all the items required

Well! A lot of people out there are trying their services. They have published their add on The Express Tribune today (January 03, 2016) on 2nd page. They are going through crazy advertising in Pakistan. They have also put a blog on their website.

Another interesting thing is their "Live Chat" function on website 24/7.

Charges vary from each country. Let me reproduce here what they have published on their website. They charge shipping fe proportionately so by importing an item having 120 grams of weight, you end up paying USD4.6/- for 120 grams only, not a flat fee for 0.5KG or 1KG.

seems like you are advertising/ working for them, since i have never heard of them. must be fairly new. also what about the customs duty calculator, the juicy part. also if you are not affiliated then it would be great if you use their service for buying an item worth 1kg+ and post your experience. looking forward for that.

Also dont really like the $1 handling charges for each item which you didnt mention.

Lolz. The USD 1/- is not per item. It is per shipment. So USD 1/- is charged for each shipment irrespective of the weight and items within that shipment. I have already ordered 3.6KG using their services and i will keep you posted about my experience.

The way they are advertising their campaign in Newspapers, Rikshaw, brochures etc, it looks like they are more than legitimate.

Regarding customs duty: When Amazon will start delivery in Pakistan, they withhold customs duty in advance as per GoP tariff so there is no way we Pakistanis can avoid customs duty in any legitimate shipping service.

As a responsible citizen we must propagate the tax paying culture in Pakistan because our tax to GDP ratio is lowest in the world.

so if i have multiple orders from amazon for example. i will be charged each time. anyway thats not the main issue.

Who said anything about NOT paying duty.!!. we all want to pay custom duty but a reasonable one. we dont want to end up paying $94 custom duty for a $80 item. this website has not mentioned anything about custom duty costs.

the FBR website says custom duty is PKR 250 on mobile phones. no one would want to pay 4k-10k custom duty for sure. and thats what the site should also focus on. be transparent about custom duty. we want to know how much custom duty we are being charge for our product.

i had a real bad experience with aliexpress. ordered something and it never came. I tried to get aliexpress to resolve the issue but they couldnt. ebay, bestbuy, walmart, amazon, etc are much better than aliexpress. With these companies you know your details are safe and won't be shared with other people, furthermore they will help you resolve the issue and get your money back in case of a fraud, wrong item etc.

by the way consumer rights doesn't exist in China... please be careful when you are using Aliexpress... I have removed my account from it because my credit card details were "shared" and was used to purchase something in China when I was in Pakistan!

I am not defending anyone however the way customs duties are changed in Pakistan it is practically impossible to place a customs duy calculator on website. Even Customs House is unable to place a "Customs Duty" calculator on their website. Tell me any shipping company in Pakistan that has put customs duty calculator on their website? Even PNSC does not has it on their website.

It is per ORDR/SHIPMENT, not per item.

When you say this "no one would want to pay 4k-10k custom duty for sure." I know what exactly you mean. Kindly don't promote a culture to avoid customs duties by hook or by crook.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered an item and the shipping method was shown as China Post registered mail. The next day when item was despatched by seller it was just some ordinary mail and not China post airmail.

Secondly, i made an order on 4th of December 2015 and item was despatched on 7th via China post registered Airmail and tracking was followed like 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th and 16th December "Guangzhou shipped" the last status till to date is shown is of 16th December 2015 and only 16 days was left in protection time so i contacted seller few days ago asking him where the parcel is as tracking is still stuck at 16th. So he just extended time for 10 more days by himself and told me that tracking info updates late just be patient. So till now it's stuck at 16th and pak post just showing "item insert into bag 9th December" that's it.

Third thing happened to me is that i made an order while i payment was being verified i cancelled the order the item till then was showing in completed order list. And more than a week has passed i didn't get refund. So anybody can guide me through? Usually how much time it takes in refund will it come back automatically or i need to write to aliexpress formally or what?

Order which place on 30 Sep. did not received after passing more than 90 days., Contact the seller, he accept to resend the parcel without any charges, previous he send it from Malaysian Post ordinary service, I asked him this time send it with China Post Registered air mail, but he reply that China Post Registered Air Mail did not shipped magnetic item. it is simple Mobile flip cover with magnetic hook. so he resend it by Sweden post according to his it is very good service and this time you should received your order. also extend purchase protection further 25 days excuse that he did not further extend it more than 25 days. let see whether it received or end up with dispute.
