i ordered an item, seller mentioned china post mail for shipping but has sent me via seller's shipping method, wtf? :@

No its not correct, I have received many packages which were sent by services other then China Post Registered Mail. If your order is of low cost then it won't be shipped by registered mail because of shipping costs. Another thing you should do is to send a msg to the seller and confirm the shipping method before placing an order.

i had a real bad experience with aliexpress. ordered something and it never came. I tried to get aliexpress to resolve the issue but they couldnt. ebay, bestbuy, walmart, amazon, etc are much better than aliexpress. With these companies you know your details are safe and won't be shared with other people, furthermore they will help you resolve the issue and get your money back in case of a fraud, wrong item etc.

by the way consumer rights doesn't exist in China... please be careful when you are using Aliexpress... I have removed my account from it because my credit card details were "shared" and was used to purchase something in China when I was in Pakistan!

I don't think Aliexpress shares credit card details. May be your computer was infected with some sort of spyware or keylogging virus. Always use an up-to-date antivirus software.

Aliexpress is retail arm of alibaba.com, they dont sell items, like alibaba they just provide platform to sellers to sell it online. now some sellers are good some are bad. my only experience i have ordered a CD changer drive for my A6, postal time to UK wasnt that bad in a week it was delivered. But the item was completely junk, it was physically broken part and checking the packing which was very robust and safe and not damaged at all. So they intentionally shipped me a broken changer, I contacted the seller through aliexpress, asked about pictures, delayed responses tried to give me part refund and asked me to keep the item, I did not agree. I found out if you post back the item to them they really dont like it may be cause of custom reason, so when i said to lady I will post this item back to you at my own cost, she hurried in refunding me full and request me not to ship it back.
it wasted a month in the process but i got my money back minus the international transaction charges on bank card.

so before buying do check feedback for sellers, not all are honest.

I have had really positive experience with aliexpress.com . Out several orders the one I ordered was lowepro camera bag it was fake but sellers tried to convince me that It was original and showed local company documents .I posted photos in my dispute and aliexpress refunded me . But the whole process took around 2 months . But atleast I have protection of my money

when i said "shared" i meant their database which contains details of their customers including debit card details etc etc was hacked by someone in China..

I have been using my credit card for the last 10 years and i have never been hacked! anyways I got my bank to investigate and they found out that my details were hacked from aliexpress..

I have got nothing against the Chinese but they do not know anything about customer service. I don't know its because of the language barrier but in my opinion its much better to buy from else where. You might find things cheap on aliexpress but if you are victim of a scam you would have lost a lot!

Wait for the protection time and extension time then open the dispute!
I think most of the seller do not ship the items at all and refund you without any problem, in return we give them 3 star rating which is still a neutral rating and counts in overall positive store rating

Yes I have received many item shipped by seller's method including flyt express, 4px and yanwen. Different sellers have different threshold. For some minimum value should be $5 while for others its $7 for item to be shipped via china post and with a proper tracking number. According to my own experience, Chinese sellers are more honest than Pakistani seller. I am still waiting for my refund from Daraz.pk (order was placed on 27th nov). Looks like I'll have to report to FIA Cyber Crimes Cell for this online fraud.

Daraz have been slow but they compensated me when they selected a wrong package on Zong 4G device (gave back me 1,500 rs vouchers)

I got one wrinkled tampered glass protector for Infinix Hot Note Pro, they sent a free replacement on my complaint and wrote me an apology letter for delay.

Only one return is pending of Infinix Zero2 as one of its speaker was giving very low noise. It is expected to be delivered next week.

So far all my five orders on Ali Express have arrived, delivered. Some came quickly and others took about four weeks.

To my knowledge, Infinix Zero 2 has just one loudspeaker. There are two grills at the bottom but one has microphone and the other has speaker. There are no dual speakers, AFAIK.
