First I need to negotiate the refund amount with seller, that way they accept the dispute very easily.

as u can see that just 75% of buyers enjoyed the product,,,so thats the reason because the product was not upto the standard,,,,kindly avoid such purchasing..... to be on safe side 95% and above is ok......

Yes, I'll open dispute definitely.

First I need to negotiate the refund amount with seller, that way they accept the dispute very easily.

Talk to seller first.. negotiate with them then open dispute... if they denied the Dispute and give you solution then it will take a month or two... am have experiencing same case from more then 56 days...

NEVER CANCEL OR CLOSE DISPUTE..

bringing up the post from Page 136. thank you for sharing your experience . i followed your advice and tried to get NOC before hand.i wrote an application to PTA following the above guide and emailed them....got the reply within 16 hours.i was shocked..that was quick by any standards.....but then.......and i quote:

"Dear applicant as per provided documents there was no custom detention memo provided,please send scan copy of custom detention memo,CNIC,IMEI No. and complete postal address in one mail for the process of the case."

So it seems we cant get NOC without a detention Letter/Memo. anyone else applied for the NOC before item Arrival and got NOC ...please share your experience.

Well brother i have told you to Send via UMS.. email are automatically Generated therefore necessary Documents are Required.. i have experienced Heavy Godown Rent therefore very first time i have applied without detention Notice.. how ever my NOC not arrived Yet but it was crystal cleared by IMO officer that i can be obtained if your product coming via Airport (if it will Examine by Custom Dep. Airport)...

NOC will takes 5-15 working Days.. so calculate your self GODOWN RENT as per given formula on the bill.. hope it will clear your concepts and others to Avoid expense... Thanks..

TO BE CLEAR. You are buying from Ali express or other source?
Also are you using Private courier again ? or this time using Air mail that lands in GPO .instead of airport customs.?

Am Buying stuff from Aliexpress and only those Items which are coming from AirMail and will Land on Airport through Private Services Like DHL , FEDEX ETC will be detained By Custom Department Airport.. Those Parcels will be imposed to Pay Godown Rent and Fines til Clearance..

GPO won't have any Special Godown Neither they Will Charges such Rents And Fine...

It's Original Bill of My Product... This Godown Rent was charged by SAPS(Private Godown) at Airport.. Godown Rent is Based on number of weight per day... DHL FEDEX etc Services uses the international Flights which lands on Airport and always examined AirPort Custom Department.. Due to no Government Godown Availability at Airport(Not Sure) these parcels are handed over to Private Companies which are expensive well enough...

Thats all i know...

Its not the only Product i have been charged by Custom... till now 16 17 Product have been passed through Customs and Reasonable Duty was charged by GPO every time... Only Private services cost me 100% Plus duty and taxes charged... just bcz of These Godown Rents and Fines... EMS Post is under Custudy of Government and you can get your product as fast as you received by DHL FEDEX..
