I think with recent AliExpress security verification mechanism, if the shipping address is different than CC billing address, the order may be denied or subjected to verification through scanned photos of CC.

What is the link to the item you are interested in buying. BTW have you checked Pakistani online shopping websites for this item? There are plenty of such sites by now, and if available, they will deliver it within 2-3 days and that will be fastest.

Open a dispute and request partial or full refund, depending on your situation. When the seller accepts your dispute request, the disputed amount is automatically credited to your account/CC in about 4-5 days.
