For alipay you will have to open a bank account in China and then link the alipay with it,,,

Previously it was restricted to China only but now anyone can open account. It allows you to add your debit/credit card but it's of no use as Pakistan is not available in list of countries when you try to add card.

It means its in transit and reached its destination country i.e. Pakistan .if its a low cost watch there would be no luxury custom

No idea. I do not even see Paypal option in my AliPay.
By the way I noticed my AliPay ID is showing "Pending". Don't know what that means. I guess my account is pending verification? But I uploaded required document long time back so no idea how long they will take.

For Alipay you need to connect your account in Chinese bank...in CC option there is no option for Pakistan.
