To all the friends and fellows who are not getting their parcels even after months and their parcels are lost. It is all because of our corrupt system and fault of our post office officials. So far from my experience I've seen that Chinese seller are honest and determined, or let's say they are compelled to dispatch the relevant items due to the rating system on Aliexpress, so seller has no or hardly any way to cheat the customer. There are many sellers sending the merely $0.20 item with free delivery worldwide, so we can not expect them that they will not send our items which we already paid them. Sometimes there's no tracking info but still i have received those items. So their side cheating is out of question.
Now here we all know how our institutions work, even the private institutions, so whatever bad is happening is because of our local institutions. So, for the post office related issues, nobody goes to local GPO because you will come back with nothing after wasting your time and energy, so here's the link of Pakistan Post higher ups Pakistan Post Office Department. Just each one of us keep emailing them that our parcels are not delivered to us and taken home by your employees, and give reference to which GPO or city it belongs to. they have the helpline too but i guess emailing to D.G. and Add: D.G. would worth it, we should also register complaints on helpline too and see if they take any remedial measures. It may not bring any immediate change but i hope it will eventually get better and even if their high ups and helpline service gives no heed then we can complaint against Pakistan Post to Wifaqi Mohtasib online through their official website.
we should all start raising voice otherwise we will keep getting robbed by our own thugs and thieves everywhere. And yes email is documented but calling helpline they try their level best to avoid your complaints and refuse to lodge a complaint, so while calling them you can record the call through cell phone and tell them that the call is being record so beware we can send this to your high ups as evidence.
Because these local thugs are not only giving us hard times but due to these issues many sellers have either started charging high cost for post to Pakistan or they don't ship at all as they might have borne the cost of dispute by Pakistani buyers. so this is not only being troublesome issue but also bringing bad name for the country, parcels are going fine even to Banana republics but we as a Pakistani are deprived of.
And as my personal experience, so far I've received all the items very quickly even the items with no tracking info, whether it be yanwen, China post, 4px, POS Malayasia, or any ordinary post. Thanks to the Karachi Post guys, i must appreciate them but if they ever try to con, i will leave no stone untruned to bring them on right path. So friends, where they need appreciation we must give them, i may write a letter of appreciation to their D.G. for my local post office Karachi, because they have been proved to be honest and determined, they ship all the parcels quickly even those with no tacking number.
And so far yanwen post proved to be the quickest post to me, the items are delivered faster than china post registered mail. Their parcels usually come in the second week of order.
