faraz This is the first time I am using yanwen and malaysian post. I am from Karachi but I am doing shopping from alieexpress after two years. it was fine two years back but now I am having problem in shipment. yanwen in transit since 22 days, there official website says that. malaysian post website says that my product arrived at 22 January in my country but still haven't received. I have used the same address which I used two years back. Even I am unable to receive my renew payoneer card this time 18 days gone. I dont know what is the problem but I have not receive any single parcel or letter from international posts. I use postal code 74200 for every shipment

Please anyone who can help will be appreciated.

Dear as i told in my message, the only possible solution can be to contact their high ups and helpline to record our protest and complaints, going post office would be of no use as they will simply give you an eye wash that see we looked and didn't find your parcel etc. If their high ups will ask them then defiantly they will have to find it out or at least give a satisfactory answer. You attach your proves if any i.e. screen shots, tracking number, tracking info anything and email them. If all of the Affectees would rush them with email and complaints then defiantly they are gonna do some inquiries or take action against the culprits, because they can't avoid large number of complaints. So we should make complaints as many as we can that's how they will be careful and cautious. Otherwise they will keep on enjoying free imported products which we guys pay for (Mazay post walay karien ge aur bill humaray naam k pharain ge) so bro to keep them at bay it's necessary to raise voice at the maximum possible level. Otherwise if they keep stealing our parcels and we keep opening disputes with sellers it will eventually end up with "No shipping to the desired country" tag. As it's not seller's fault if some officials from our country steal or rob our parcels. You get my point? so Please please start raising voice from now on, we have good platform, we can be united and give those culprits a tough time who are not only giving us financial loss but also humiliating country's image. You just email to D.G. and also lodge complaint at their helpline and don't forget to record the call as evidence and future correspondence.

I also face the same problem shipped via yanwen Post and Malaysian POST with no proper tracking number order did not received., I went GPO and email to official., same answer we cannot track these track no. because it is not in proper format.........also UPS most email addresses is over receiving quota limit and cannot be received emails.....Such a rubbish.....so for the save side I only select those seller how send via registered Air mail method because it delivered from 8 to 15 days.
