Search for the product, negotiate the price with seller and then put the MOQ you need and price in text box + other information and place order , never pay in advance bcoz there are more than 50% commission agents on alibaba , choose secure payment....

I am not sure if it is that simple!? Because from alibaba.com we buy in bulk and the price they quote is FOB so once it reaches here I think there must be some process to get it released it from customs after paying duty.

I placed an order on aliexpress on 11/11/2015, it was worth 80 dollars(an android TV box), seller guarantee for timely delivery was 39 days, it didn't arrive in that time, i asked for extension of buyer protection which the seller extended, again it didn't arrive, i got the extensions 3 times and seller said that it will be delivered, yet after waiting for 3 months i raised the dispute with aliexpress and within one day they decided that since the item is not delivered full amount will be refunded and the process started. Now what happened that just 6 days after the decision i got the item, i messaged the seller that i received the item so u shouldn't refund the amount, he didn't responded and after few days, money came back in my credit card account.I have the item now without paying anything, what should i do ??

Contact the seller immediately. As he will know that the item is delivered to you by the post service. This creates negative impact about us on them. Contact him and tell you got the item now and you want to pay for it. He will then tell the process further to pay.

Very easy. Message supplier about it and place another order. In new order mention that supplier doesn't need to send anything as it is already received. Then you can click on "Confirm goods received" button like your normally do and supplier will get amount.

As i mentioned earlier, i messaged him that you don't need to refund but he didn't respond.The item is now 20 dollars costly as at that time it was in sale. I will message him again and check if he responds now.
