As i mentioned earlier, i messaged him that you don't need to refund but he didn't respond.The item is now 20 dollars costly as at that time it was in sale. I will message him again and check if he responds now.

That can also be done very easily. Ask him you want to buy it at previous amount. Once he agrees simply add the item in your cart and then go till last step where you need to enter your CC details to buy. Look at the left side of screen where you will see that aliexpress has assigned you order number. Do not enter CC detail and buy it. Tell supplier that order number and then he will adjust order price for you.
Then tomorrow you can log into aliexpress again, filter orders that are "Awaiting Payment" and then pay it like you normally do.

I have already order similar item from a different Seller at ali express and afetr more than 60 days wait I have to resort for opening dispute , anyhow If you advice to be patient I accept your advice.

u r very lucky to get the items in less than a month
it takes at least a month if it isn't sent by china or hong kong post n never open dispute without talking to seller first otherwise they will not accept the dispute.

I placed 5 orders in the last week of Jan and three have been received so far.
I've noticed that China post registered air mail/small packet service and Sweden post is very fast because their parcel was received within a month however one sent through yanwen is still in transit though it was dispatched few days before the parcels which have been received. Next time I'll prefer china post registered air mail over others even I've to pay few dollars for shipping.

There is no standard shipping company but for Pakistan I guess they mostly use YanWen. aliexpress Atandard shipping means the supplier drops its product at aliexpress warehouse and from there aliexpress sends it to customer using different shipping companies with with they have contracts.

cmon people these chinese sellers are too sharp my package was in transit for about 16 days, buyer protection started and tracking number was issued after 16 days the status was same electronic info received. i looked upon the internet and found out that when seller pack our good they issue a label on the parcel that electronically generates a tracking number and starts showing status. they keep that parcel in their warehouses instead of forwarding. some buyer dont realise 39 days of protection nor do they track. time runs out and the seller doesn't respond

I am waiting for my two product. one was ship with yanwen post on 18-1-16 and another one was with Malaysian post on 16-1-16, but I haven't receive any one of them yet. it has been more than 30 days. I usually receive item max in 21 to 23 days in Karachi. Please tell me should I open a dispute for refund or ask him to ship again.

Only some. Many do respomd properly n help out. Im one case i did not recieve the parcel postman brought cause he was asking 50 percent as customs and that too without a receipt. He took it back and postoffice shipped back to china. Though purchase protection had ended but i talked to the seller. She said she will ship it bacl and indeed that happened. Got the parcel this time and no customs was charged this time. Plz see seller rating before ordering

No, simple credit card or debit card is enough. I use SCB visa card and it is always active for online transactions.

Got the cam via Singapore Post and two other items mobile windsheild mounts (2) and one car lighter x 3 usb ports plug. All items reached in three weeks.
