you can open dispute after recieving the order and get the shipping charges back, their is an option in dispute about shipping method not used you paid for
One of my small items has also not reached yet. It was shipped through "China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus". I believe payment was made on 16th Feb and still no sign of that item. Another item was paid for the same day and it reached me 2 weeks back through China post registered. I sent a message to vendor and the latest status shared by vendor is "2016.02.28 19:32 (GMT-7): arrive export exchange" and tells me not worry it will reach. How can i track when it is in PK.
Thanks I called and they told that the item has not yet received in Pakistan bcz once item received the post office system is updated. So I have opened the dispute and please tell me how to give my feedback about seller to avoid the future buyer.
Also guide me from which seller should i place my order for pedometer at aliexpress because this is my second chance that item is not received and I have to open dispute.

as it may contain battery, it cannot be shipped through China Post registered, when you order, before paying, ask the seller if he agree to send it through Singapore/Hong Kong or Sweden Post Registered mail with proper tracking in Pakistan

its sweden post, how much more time will it take to reach here?from china it only takes 3 days after thatit was same status on 26th so i guess it reached sweden n then departed from there on 29th as the date changed but status is same

it is at post office
Item was received at post office on 17 Feb. Still not received at home. What shud be done?
contact with post office and provide them tracking number, usually after "received at office of exchange status" its deliver to your address in 3 to 4 days and also what was the product? if its mobile or any other electronics, they may have held by customs
