I visited gpo and got my parcel. But i had too pay the custom duty. The duty the officer embosed where rs 1050 on 23$ 2 watches. And they asked for the invoice. But after lot of magazmari he ended up at 700.

I tried to capture some pictures it is acting weirdly like blinking but it is stable to naked eye and works as expected.

If its an LED display then the blinking is normal as they are switched on and off at a frequency to increase life. This is more visible while recording video/taking pic.

Yes i know..they don't do it.
I read one comment that one person got released xiomi mobile after bribe.
We also did the same although without NOC it is illegal.

GSM Association IMEI Allocation and Approval Guidelines
GSM Association have the following policy regarding Dual (or Multi) SIM phones:
If each SIM is associated with its own transceiver, then each transceiver/SIM should have its own associated IMEI number. i.e., a dual SIM phone should have 2 IMEI numbers; a three SIM phone should have 3 IMEI numbers etc.

Xiaomi uses same imei for its Chinese phones (different in India due to law there) so it is not in gsma list of approved equipment and PTA wont allow it to be imported. Ask sellers before importing any phone to Pakistan about same or different imei for dual sim and tri sim phones.

OK. Long story short. I would not advise anyone to buy mobile phone from China. Because the PTA noc maybe not difficult for every mobile but customs certainly don't leave their share. And insist duty on phones is fixed.

i called islamabad IMO n i asked them about duty on mobiles he told me the percentage, i dont remember exactly but it wasnt much,some where between 10-20%

i remember some1 ordered a cell of worth 22k from fsd n paid duty of 2.5k
