I visited gpo and got my parcel. But i had too pay the custom duty. The duty the officer embosed where rs 1050 on 23$ 2 watches. And they asked for the invoice. But after lot of magazmari he ended up at 700.

I meant the detained parcels... Its a universal rule , then when a parcel has some issue associated with it, or when a parcel has been detained for a defined period , the parcel is automatically sent back to the sender....

Even multan, faisalabad GPO send them back to the shipper, they dont keep it forever.

But Guy at Lahore GPO told me, that lahore gpo customs are thaggu... They wont send back.... They wana earn bribes!....

I tried NOC in 2012 for tablet pcs which had wifi functionality but could not get NOC at that time even we visited Islamabad office and NOC was rejected .
It is good if they exempted it. Now the procedure is mentioned too.

Well they seem to behave differently every time. I got a flip key from AliExpress and they imposed 50% duty. Since post man could not show me a proper document so it was not received at my home and he took it back. Later when I followed up they said it is sent back to China and indeed it was. I contacted the seller and seller received it back after a month. The seller then again shipped it to me and this time no tax was imposed it was delivered through postman to my home.

Wait some more days...usually within a week we can see our refunded balance.
And if you can not see your refunded amount then you can consult to your card issuer.

If you open dispute and the seller refunds then it will transfer to your card with in 3 to 15 days as per policy.

Pakistan post and customs are both slow an inefficient. still they haven't released my package even after noc and completing other custom paperwork. And post office guy is even telling me to go to GPO to and meet custom officials. No wonder Pakistan is still backwards and will continue to do so..........

got my phone but after all this what I have been through I would avoid buying or receiving a phone from abroad. No matter where or what place your phone is coming, customs will detain and ask for noc first later they will put a fixed tax on it and insist it can't be lowered. Nothing is told before and they change rules as they wish.
