By china registered mail it takes 15 to 25 days normally if not held by customs.
Singapore post works faster than china mail and usually delivers in 15 days almost till Lahore and Gujranwala.

Show them a fake invoice of the product mentioning lower price, if they ask for it. Once i ordered an action camera and custom held it. They asked as to show the online invoice for confirming the price as mentioned on the packet. They will try to impose ajeeb ajeeb taxes k normal person ko smjh hi na aai.

Really they don't know what is the item and how to impose duty.
Illetrate persons in this regard.
I also imported tablet pcs years ago and they were imposing duty according to ipad while my tablet pcs were not more than 300usd.

For tablet pc they charge 1200 each.
In fact they clear their whole consignment so less chances to stuck it or impose highly.

some1 shared on amazon thread that dhl charged higher customs, n then he got it cleared through his uncle at customs n there was hardly any customs

You can do it yourself also by calling dhl to stop clearing it and then you can clear it through an agent.
