Remote surveillance is not a camera option as such. It's more of a software option. All IP camera's output can be viewed remotely if you set it up that way. Analog cameras output can also be viewed remotely if the DVR supports it.

I don't think there's any such ban. If govt has decided to ban cameras with remote surveillance then it will need to ban almost every surveillance camera in the market.

I told seller to write less than $10 on package. Later when I asked him to send me invoice, he sent me invoice of actual price, which I used to get it released. Customs officers were also checking price on internet to confirm invoice price.
